This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the 06 month duration Digital Marketing Internship Program offered by Hue Digi Solutions Pvt Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accepting the internship offer.

1. Internship Duration:

The Program duration is six (6) months. The internship may be extended at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to mutual agreement.

2. Work Hours and Schedule:

  • Interns are required to work seven (7) hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • The specific work schedule will be agreed upon between the intern and their assigned supervisor, and may be subject to change based on project requirements. Flexibility may be required at times.
  • Interns are expected to adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.


3. Internship Compensation:

  • He/She will be receiving a minimum Stipend of Rs 8,000/month which will be subjected to the last 3 months. 
  • He/She will be provided with incentives when they complete the targets given to them by the Management.


4. Responsibilities:

The intern will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing team in various tasks, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Social media management (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).
  • Content marketing (blog writing, article creation, website copy).
  • Email marketing (campaign creation, list management).
  • Data analytics and reporting.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assisting with other digital marketing projects as assigned.


5. Learning and Development:

  • The Company is committed to providing a learning experience for the intern.
  • The intern will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the digital marketing field.
  • The intern will have opportunities to participate in training sessions and workshops relevant to their role.
  • Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to discuss performance and progress.


6. Confidentiality:

The intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to the Company, its clients, and its operations. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, client data, and financial information.

7. Intellectual Property:

All work created by the intern during the course of the internship, including but not limited to written content, designs, and marketing materials, shall be the sole property of the Company.

8. Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the intern. The intern may also terminate the internship by providing [Number] days written notice to the Company.

9. Code of Conduct:

The intern is expected to adhere to the Company’s code of conduct and professional ethics. This includes maintaining a professional demeanor, respecting colleagues and clients, and acting with integrity.

10. Internship Certificate:

Upon successful completion of 6 months of the internship program, the intern will receive an internship completion certificate. By any reason if an intern leaves before the defined tenure, he/she shall not be entitled to receive an Internship Certificate.
